Effective 12-07-07, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will require the completion of the revised Employment Eligibility Verification Form, also known as the I-9.

We encourage all campus departments to start using the revised 2007 version of the I-9.  The new form can be found at http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-9.pdf. 

Human Resources has also provided the revised form in the staff, non-student non-regular and student employment hiring packets.  All forms may be found by accessing the HR site at www.humanresources.txstate.edu and clicking on FORMS.
