Stop and Check Your Health

As we approach the end of our summer and prepare for a new school year, you should include in your preparations a health check for yourself as well as your loved ones. Wellness is an important element in maintaining that balance of work and family life.

Texas State University has various benefit programs to assist you in obtaining those health checks through health and dental insurance plans at affordable rates. Also, be sure to check and see if you qualify for the State Kids Insurance Program (SKIP) to assist you with the health insurance premiums for your children.
