Employee of the Month!

Yuvon Robin, Administrative Assistant III in the College of Health Professions Clinical Laboratory Sciences Department was selected as the Employee of the Month for July, 2007. Yuvon has worked at Texas State since January, 2004.

Yuvon represents “the face” of the Clinical Laboratory Science program as she serves as the ultimate contact for students, faculty and the public. She has a positive attitude and personality that makes the work place a pleasant environment.

In her efforts to save the institution money, Yuvon “goes the extra mile” to ensure that there are adequate supplies and that the work environment is conducive to productivity. She demonstrates a high level of integrity and ethics when obtaining the best cost for the program and in her dealings with the budget and purchasing.

Yuvon maintains the program website through use of the CMS system. Her dedication to learning the CMS system has contributed to a vast improvement in appearance and content of the program’s website.

Yuvon’s outstanding communication skills, excellent judgment, and professional yet personable demeanor exemplifies quality service at Texas State.
